Deposits suspected to be from a third party may be returned and the account in question may be suspended pending investigation.
Ibc22 does not charge any transaction fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond ibc22's control.

Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. For accounts that have not completed KYC, the first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours for security review purposes. ibc22 reserves the right to take up to 3 business days to process withdrawals in certain situations that require additional verification.

Special promotions tied to Malaysian celebrations such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Aidiladha, National Day, and other festivities are subject to the terms and validity periods stated on the respective promotions page. Claims made after the expiry date will not be processed.

All games available on ibc22 — including slots, baccarat, poker, lottery, and Sports Betting — use an RNG system independently audited by accredited third-party certification bodies. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including ibc22 itself.
All game results recorded by the ibc22 system are final unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure confirmed by ibc22's technical team. Appeals against game results must be submitted within 48 hours of the game in question. ibc22 reserves the right to reject any appeal that lacks a sound technical basis.
In the event of a technical failure, connection disruption, or server issue during a game session, ibc22 will make a fair determination based on the most recent system records available. Where a failure cannot be resolved, ibc22 reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the wager amount.
For ibc22's Sports Betting section, odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is locked in, it cannot be cancelled by the member unless ibc22 itself voids the match for valid reasons. Any match delayed by more than 24 hours from its originally scheduled time will be considered void and all related bets will be refunded.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ibc22 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
Disciplinary Action: ibc22 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any member involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or technical interference with our platform.
You may close your ibc22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw all eligible balances from your account. Bonus credits that have not met the turnover requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.
Ibc22 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account with or without cause, upon reasonable notice, in the following circumstances: a breach of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, a request from a competent authority, or to protect the member in question from the risks of problem gambling.
In the event of closure not caused by a breach of terms, any valid real-money balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 to 10 business days. In the event of closure resulting from a breach of terms, ibc22 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation.
